Terms of Service

Legal operator: Link2Tax is operated by Sheet2Nest. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sheet2Nest.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Link2Tax (“Service”), an invoicing and tax-compliance platform operated by Sheet2Nest. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Link2Tax provides sales and purchase invoicing, estimates, delivery challans, and payment tracking. The Service is designed to support compliance with Pakistan’s Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) requirements, including NTN, GST, and document structure suitable for tax filing. We do not provide tax or legal advice.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans (if any) are billed in accordance with the plan you select. Payments may be processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By paying for the Service, you also agree to any applicable buyer terms of the payment processor. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described there and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Link2Tax and its branding, design, and software are owned by Sheet2Nest or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your internal business use. You retain ownership of your own data (e.g. invoices, customer lists).
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
